Jitsi offers pre-built JNI objects, including one statically linked with
FFmpeg:
https://github.com/jitsi/libjitsi/blob/7dcd43e866f3ed1f697d3aa52b84d1a0026e7c70/lib/native/linux-x86-64/libjnffmpeg.so
Unfortunately, nothing in Jitsi offers the corresponding source code,
which means they are technically violating article 6 “Conveying Non-Source
Forms”.
