Can't reproduce this. With libaom as the only decoder available i still
get level to show the value stored in the AV1 bitstream instead of the
default -99 (Which is how libavcodec signals undefined/unknown).
Can you try with the latest git head commit? And also upload a sample that
reproduces this somewhere.
