I can not upload a DFF file for now as the FTP `upload.ffmpeg.org` does
not seem to respond.
Trying to access that with a browser produces a TLS cert error and past
that, the page lands on the Jenkins dashboard and I bet it's not the right
place to upload a sample :-)
