#8834: -disposition doesn't work in latest builds

I'm using the -disposition:s:0 0 command, and it's not working on
Zeranoe's 4.3, 4.3.1, or 20200729-cbb6ba2 builds.
There're no errors or anything like that on encode or copy, it just
doesn't do anything as if the command's ignored. But it works on 4.2.x
versions.
