AVStream.*index_entries* was used in gst-libav
(https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-
libav/-/blob/master/ext/libav/gstavdemux.c#L486) years ago. Commit
cea7c19c moved AVStream.*index_entries* to AVStreamInternal, which breaks
the compiling of gst-libav.
