HI,
This seems to be related with 87f0c8280:
"ist->st->event_flags & AVSTREAM_EVENT_FLAG_NEW_PACKETS" differs from
"ist->st->codec_info_nb_frames", if extradata is not extracted correctly.
Would you please help to verify the patch in [1]?
