Workaround, works for pic_struct=10,11:

ffplay "test" -vcodec hevc_cuvid -vf
weave,hwupload_cuda,yadif_cuda=mode=0:parity=0:deint=0,hwdownload,format=nv12
}}}
You may want to -bsf:v hevc_mp4toannexb it.
