I had a look through the documentation, code and issue tracker and I found
support for RTP and SRTP but nothing about ICE.
Therefore, I'm opening this issue as a placeholder to track the
requirement.

Is anybody already working on this?
Does anybody have any ideas on how a volunteer should begin?
If anybody has examples of wrapping the ffmpeg code with some other
library for ICE please feel free to share the links here, these may be
useful workarounds for some users.
