Based on the error file FATE produced (filter-pixdesc-p010le.err):
Input #0, image2, from
'C:/msys64/home/User1/ffmpeg/tests/vsynth1/%02d.pgm'
Beyond that, I'm at the end of my diagnostic abilities, given my limited
experience with the build environment and not being a member/contributor
to the project. This is my very first experience attempting to dig into
and modify code in ffmpeg. Just wanted to add support for my capture card
:)
