Another sample from DVB-T2 HEVC broadcast
https://www.mediafire.com/file/dm849hm4ykqyzvj it has
interlaced_source_flag set, but it is not enough. Don't know how
widespread are interlaced HEVC broadcasts, sending sample for reference as
original one is not available.
