anything that runs process_command is setting the yaw/pitch/roll state to
zero and then not moving the quaternion from origin when
{{{reset_rot!=0}}}, snapping the view back to 0,0,0 for example a pan up
followed by a small zoom:

I'm surprised that this line works for you. I get an error message when I
omit [expr] before the second v360.
