(unfortunately it's just 1 second 'cause GitHub is picky about 10 MB max

I'm also gonna bring up the magic word: if someone is willing to address
each and every DolbyE configuration in FFMpeg for both mxf and mov
containers and decode them accordingly, I can pay.
