New description:
When converting `in.mov` to `out.mov` there are some audio oddities.
Around the 0:49s mark an audio fragment from the beginning (0:01s mark) is
repeated.

This was reproduced with development branch commit `945b2dcc`.

Files `in.mov` and `out.mp4` were uploaded with VideoLAN File Uploader (as
`9504-in.mov` and `9504-out.mp4`, respectively).
