 Thanks for getting back. I tried with another video from my iPhone (now
 iOS15), and I airdropped it with "Include All Photos Data" enabled. Here
 is that file:

 It seems to have the same `Metas: 3,4,5`

 When running the same ffmpeg command on this file, I'm seeing the same
 issue with the outputted file, causes visual corruption on the iPhone when
 seeking. I also tried without any audio, so only the video stream, to rule
 out that this has to do with the audio:

 ```
 ffmpeg -i IMG_5063-ffmpeg-remux-issue.MOV -c:v copy -an ~/Desktop/out.mov
 ```

 But I'm seeing the same problem
