Comment:
It is time to remove yuvj4xxp from ffmpeg so these confusion does not
happen anymore and such bugs like these are no longer applicable. The only
thing that blocks this is jpeg encoder that now still accepts bt.709
matrix, even though it only supports 601 matrix. Linited range though is
being warned upon, as jpeg only supports full range.
