Comment:
Tmp files are renamed to normal files after they are complete. So the fact
that you don't see any tmp files on your screenshot does not indicate an
issue. You should only be able to see the tmp file of the segment which is
currently written, therefore not part of the m3u8 yet. But the fact that
even your last segment is part of the m3u8 indicates that even that is
done, so no tmp for it should be present.
