 > AFAIU the website, decoders "not doing it right" would also add a "gap"
 at the beginning, but it seems this works properly with ffmpeg (but maybe
 I'm doing something wrong here).

 We do it right, just only at the beggining (now thay HE-AAC (and v2) are
 fixed).
