It's not obvious from the documentation why this doesn't output anything:

>ffmpeg -loglevel warning -i input.mp4 -vf "showinfo" -f null -
}}}
It should be documented that -loglevel must be at least info for showinfo
to work. Alternatively, it would be nice if all the extraneous output
wasn't necessary for showinfo to work...
