#10533: encoding to libaom-av1 is so slow it appears to hang

Downloaded several windows builds including the lastest nightly build. On
a fairly modern machine in Windows 11 using the command
{{{ffmpeg -v 9 -loglevel 99 -f lavfi -i testsrc=size=hd1080:duration=5
-pix_fmt yuv420p -vcodec libaom-av1 test.mp4}}}
I get about 1 fps encoding speed, whereas in comparison encoding to
libsvtav1 will give me 100 fps. The resulting video file seems to be
allright.
Tried on another machine in Windows 10 with comparable result.
