I upladed ts file, ~10 min h.264.

The main error occurs at 7-8 minutes. I solved the problem by reopening
the codec, when it starts giving errors.

Maybe MPV does the same, after a short delay, playback continues.
Terrible recording, MPV can not cope with sound synchronization, VLC
copes, VDR with softhddevice is best :)
