Nice. Good to know that this can be worked around. I assume that forcing
decoding via `vp9_videotoolbox` without hwaccel would result in a crash,
or corrupted output? That would make this workaround risky to use... Maybe
there's a way to define a codec as "HW accelerated only", meaning it
doesn't provide software decoding at all?
