Just to add to this to avoid making it go into the list of forgotten
items, unfortunately it's not limited to mxf only but also to other
containers.
For instance, remuxing to mkv and mov also shows "YUV".
This is particularly problematic if you're gonna use the remuxed file on
quite literally anything else other than FFMpeg as plenty of decoders have
issues while trying to decode something that claims to be YUV 4:4:4 16bit
Limited TV Range and it's actually RGB48 Full Range.
