This is still an issue in May, 2024. I extracted an audio track and then
tried to put it back in. I repeatedly got this warning:

[matroska @ 000001dda3ece940] Starting new cluster due to timestamp
}}}
Every time I saw this, I could expect an area of the video where audio
dropped.
I tried {{{ -max_interleave_delta 0 }}} to fix it but I don't know what
this does. It seems to have worked.
