How to reproduce:

1. git clone https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg C:\gitP\FFmpeg\FFmpeg
2. cd /d C:\gitP\FFmpeg\FFmpeg
3. set path=C:\tools\msys64\usr\bin;%PATH%
4. sh -c "./configure --toolchain=msvc --arch=x86_64"
5. make -j8
6. set FFMPEG_SRC_PATH=C:\gitP\FFmpeg\FFmpeg
7. make -j8 fate
