 Super excited to see this (and thank you for the working example in this
 ticket, other half-documented implementations floating around weren't
 working until I came here).

 Is there any way to use more performance? Right now (on a 4090) this
 appears to be maxing around 188fps for me with a ~10mbit, 1080p H264
 source, but neither the CPU or GPU are showing more than 20% utilization
 (I'm just using -c:a copy for now to see how far I can push it).

 I am impressed it even works on Windows :)
