 To whom it may concern, I was able to fix my issue thanks to:
 [https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/issues/457#issuecomment-2646666029]

 For some reason I had libva-git installed which was older than libva.

 looking for conflicting packages...
 :: libva-2.22.0-1 and libva-git-2.18.0.r9.g3aadcf0e-1 are in conflict.
 Remove libva-git? [y/N] y

 libva-git    2.18.0.r9.g3aadcf0e-1                -0.88 MiB

 Replaced and now working fine.
