New description:

 After closing issue #10125, I tried to update my package to ffmpeg-3.4.14,
 which is the last one supporting Windows XP.
 The error above is gone, but unfortunately another one happens:

 {{{
 CC      libavformat/adtsenc.o
 {standard input}: Assembler messages:
 {standard input}:376: Error: operand type mismatch for `shr'
 {standard input}:441: Error: operand type mismatch for `shr'

 libavformat/adtsenc.o] Error 1
 }}}

 I saw that this has also been fixen in latest sources, so I created a
 patch for fixing this error here too.
 This patch just mades the same change, by clipping the immediate shift
 value to 31.
 After that, the ffmpeg-3.4.14 "Cantor" can be compiled again.
