What did you download from where? Please understand that this is not the Zeranoe support forum (and that FFmpeg != Zeranoe). It may help you to understand things if I add that (despite what wikipedia strongly believes) FFmpeg only provides source code, no executables (neither for Windows nor for any other operating system). > i am used to windows automatically installing It is normally not necessary to "install" FFmpeg, ffmpeg.exe is just a standalone executable that you can run after downloading, no installation necessary.
