hi all,
i am well aware if ticket https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/2857 which
doesn't yet seem to be solved, i still get 10-20% overhead.
my question is: are there any command line arguments that can somewhat
control/improve the .ts muxer that i'm not aware of?
checked all -f ssegment / -f hls arguments but wanted to check with more
experienced users.
