Hi, I am trying to telecine something from HD 23.98 to NTSC, but want the 
resulting NTSC file to be 29.97 Drop Frame.With the below command it is all 
working except the resulting file is 29.97 Non Drop Frame, and I need it to be 
flagged as Drop Frame.
