helloi try encoding to re stream IPTV Channels for my local network the form
encoding i using is nice -n 10 ffmpeg -re -i "http://10.10.10.40:2221/hd1";
-vprofile baseline -threads 1 -b 1200k -bt 1200k -s 720x576 -bufsize
1500k -c:v libx264 -preset veryfast -acodec mp3 -ar 44100 -ab 128k -strict
experimental -f flv rtmp://127.0.0.1:9002/hls/hd2i try encoding HD Channels at
Xeon CPU 8 Core , 16 GB RAM - i can't stream more than 3 channels in same time
.- i can't control in bit rate .any one can help me ?
