[FFmpeg-user] have problem while compiling ffmpeg with speex for iOS

I have a project which is asked to use ffmpeg with speex codec on 
iPhone

and when I'm compiling , the error message below showed up
"ERROR: speex not found using pkg-config"

my speex lib and header is already compiled for iOS armv7

and I'm sure pkg-config is installed

I successfully compiled with ffmpeg2.2.4 , but not work for the latest 
version
