Sorry, actually this shows in Quicktime 7 as 'lavc prores_ks', so it is not
just a quicktime 10 (Yosemite) issue. Prores files produced by ffmpeg should
show as 'Prores HQ' or 'Prpres LT', etc, in Quicktime.
