You are expected here to post your command line and complete, uncut console output and explain what is wrong with the output file. The reason is that this usually allows readers to understand your issue... In your case that would be something like: $ ffmpeg -i input%4d.tiff -pix_fmt xyz12 -vcodec libopenjpeg out.mov ...
