Have mp3 files that were recorded in noisy environment
where there is a lot of low frequency hum, and the speaker's
voice is just barely about that noise's frequency.
It is really a great effort trying to comprehend what's being
said. The files are lectures from the late 60's and early 70's
and 80's.

Does ffmpeg provide a way to improve the audio quality and increase
the vocal definition?
