Yes, fifo helps here. I still don't understand why it's needed. Is
ffmpeg trying to synchronize all outputs?
I suspect that fifo won't help in real situation, because the real
outputs will be 2 or more media servers (rtmp or something). "fifo" will
solve frame drops, but it won't solve the real time delay caused by this
deadlock.

I haven't noticed OOMs.
