[FFmpeg-user] ProRes change framerate

Hi
I would like to copy a ProRes file to another proves file changing the 
framerate.
But in changing the frame rate I don’t want to interpolate the frames.
I’alike to take the number of frame of the source and have the exact frames 
amount in the destination files but changing the frame rate.
Like a CinemaTools “conform” function.
Any idea ?
