Dear Sir, I use this command to make mpg file: ffmpeg -i INPUTVIDEO -af "asetpts=PTS+0.010/TB" -c:v mpeg2video -b:v 10M -c:a mp2 -b:a 384k -y OUT.mpg
Then I use MediaInfo to get all properties of OUT.mpg. I found there is 540 ms "Delay" property for video and audio. Can anybody tell me what do these delay values mean?
