remember that h264 timestamps are generally an issue
for FFmpeg, also reproducible with some of the

I don't know, but hevc is the same and trying a different test
below also reproduces.
If I use -r 30 (source is 25) I don't get the dup/logging but with
-r 50 I do, so it seems framerate is relevant.
