i have faced same issue , i have followed steps following link
http://wiki.razuna.com/display/ecp/FFMpeg+Installation+on+CentOS+and+RedHat
install ff mpeg in centos, i have changed last step to install latest
version

git clone git://source.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git instead of this step i have
specificed ffmpeg 3.0 version
