All SD and HD broadasting in Europe is done in 50i interlaced but there
is something like 25PSF which means 25 frame/sec in an interlaced format.
There is no temporal difference between fields. Picture rate if you
would call it like that is 25 frame/sec but the video framerate is 50i.

Most film originate content is @ 25PSF so both fields belong to the
same filmframe fastmoving sports is always 50i

With the introduction of UHD/4K interlaced is no longer an option.
Only 25FPS and 50FPS in europe. For most broadcasts in
UHD/4K are @ 50FPS.
