Not at all, unless you modify ffmpeg.

You could put the progress output through an easy filter (written e.g.
in Perl, Python, AWK, ...) before handing it to your UDP stream.

Just to note on this topic,
I've got a working prototype where the activity monitor has multiple
ports open, each listening for separate FFmpeg instances. Not sure if I
like leaving 10s of ports open, but is working..
