Use:

ffmpeg -framerate 60000/1001 -i test.%04d.tif -codec:v dnxhd -profile:v 
dnxhr_444 -b:v 880M  -pix_fmt yuv444p10 -y test_hr444.mov

...to avoid 25 to 60000/1001 conversion.
