Maybe try to double-check the generated MXF file using MediaInfo or
MxfDump. As far as I know field order is derived from the generic
picture essence descriptor in MXF.
Some time ago I had a similar issue with DV input files, see commit
e3196b686233bed3009248cb1ab7f0628ede6a2f.
