I have some old super8 films that I want to digitize. For that, I got a Volverine Data Film2Digital movie maker. According to their specs, the machine scans frame by frame and generates a video file at 20FPS. However, the super8 films that I have were filmed at 18FPS, and I would like to generate a final video file at 29.97 FPS for DVD burning. Can someone tell me how to use ffmpeg to do that conversion?
