I'm creating QT files out of .dpx sequence. Due to other party requirements the video needs to be in RGB colorspace so I'm using libx264rgb codec as suggested here. Previously I used libx264 and I had no such issues. Now, with libx264rgb my videos are not playing in any web browser. Here's the whole command + output.
