With your command line arguments "-map 0:0 -map 0:2", you are explicitly restricting yourself to those two streams. Generally, in ffmpeg, if you want *all* the streams from the input mapped to the output, use "-map 0". > Stream #0:3[0x734](por): Subtitle: dvb_subtitle ([6][0][0][0] / 0x0006) This is a pixmap based subtitle format. AFIAU, FLV only supports text based subtitles. ffmpeg cannot perform this conversion. You need to find some other tool (and then you probably can't do it while streaming.)
