Please post text rather than screenshots. The first error is because ffmpeg doesn't know what muxer it should use for a .raw file. The second is because the input file ends prematurely, there was not enough data to read (another) frame. Only 2.5M was read whereas 4M is needed. Check that the input really is yuv422p10 and 1280x800 (1280*800*2*2 bytes). The 2,560,000 (1280*800*10/8*2) suggests you have 10-bit words. yuv422p10 is not packed, it has 16bit words.
