Does ffmpeg have the capability to handle an HTTP input file as seekable? I was hopeful that it would support something like RFC7233 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7233> but it appears to treat it like stdin. I would like to avoid rebuilding my mp4 videos to support non-seekable reading. Hopefully my webserver is missing a needed capability.
