For a soft telecined 30000/1001 FPS movie. ffprobe reports
frames.frame.0.pkt_duration_time="0:00:00.033367" ...1.001/30
frames.frame.1.pkt_duration_time="0:00:00.050044"
should be 0:00:00.050050 ...1.5*1.001/30
The duration of frame 1 is too short by 0.000006.
Could this error (or errors like this) be the cause of some of the difficulties
with time stamps?
